Aside from emailing them, if you are both using dropbox, you could share a
folder and just place the ringtones in that shared folder and your brother
could move them in to iTunes on his computer. While sharing a folder is
fairly easy, unless you are going to share stuff back and forth a lot, you
may want to just email them. There is no other way i am afraid.

Afraid not. You can send him emails of the ring tones and he could
importer them in to his computer.
This thus far is the only way I can think of but there might hopefully be
