Aside from emailing them, if you are both using dropbox, you could share a folder and just place the ringtones in that shared folder and your brother could move them in to iTunes on his computer. While sharing a folder is fairly easy, unless you are going to share stuff back and forth a lot, you may want to just email them. Afraid not. You can send him emails of the ring tones and he could importer them in to his computer.
