Hi Catherine,

Is this turned on in Settings > FaceTime? And have you added the addresses you want to be able to use (any in addition to your Apple ID or phone number?)

I want to activate FaceTime on my IPhone. I thought it was activated, but apparently not. The icon says “dimmed,” but when I press the button it doesn’t open. What should I be doing?
