Shelley, To my knowledge, there is no DVR made by any brand sold in the U.S. But I wonder if the new access laws will change that. Already the major providers have to start providing DVS, or more accurately, they have to pass it through. I think they will soon have to provide devices that we can use. Time Warner cable is my provider. I contacted them and they do not have TiVo as an option. The only option they have is DVR. Does anyone know if DVR is accessible?
