Really?
In most other cases, they just eMail a new password.
I thought that the security questions would help one to keep their password.
But the answers to the questions should be those that one never forgets.
I have found that I forgot whether I used any capital letters in my answer.
I'm not sure if the answers are case-sensitive.
I hope they figure it out.

There is but I think yu have to answer the security questions. Beeing that I 
have my password stored in an incripted disk I have never had to reset it 
yet. lol!
