Hello Nemanja,

For the Instapaper bookmarklet, or any other such bookmark or bookmarklet on a
web page that tells you to drag and drop to your bookmarks bar, you can simply
navigate to that bookmarklet and use the contextual menu (shortcut VO-Shift-M)
to choose "Copy Link". Then you can paste the link contents, which in this
case will be JavaScript code instead of a URL address, into the address field
of a bookmark that you have created, again by using the contextual menu on that
bookmark in the "Show all bookmarks" page, but this time selecting the "Edit
address" menu option.

If you want step-by-step instructions, there's an old list post on setting up
the Instapaper bookmarklet that I wrote up for Ian. here's the link to the Mail
Archive entry:

The quick summary is that you create a bookmark for the page you're on
(Command-D shortcut), with a name of your choice, and set the pop up menu in
the dialog window to "Bookmarks Bar".
Then navigate to the link for the bookmark or bookmarklet you and use the "Copy
Link" menu option of the contextual menu. Use the Command-Option-B shortcut to
go to the "Show all bookmarks" page in Safari, and navigate to the new bookmark
you created. (You'll move first to select "Bookmarks Bar" in the table of
collections, and then jump with VO-J to the list of bookmarks for the
"Bookmarks Bar", which should put you at the new bookmarklet.) VO-Shift-M to
bring up the context menu, select "Edit Address", and use Command-V to paste
your copied link.

Another quick tip: if you want to search the secondary Mail Archive for posts
on this list, you can download a bookmark file named "mac-access.url" from:
<https://files.mac-access.net/?login=mac-access:mac-access>
Put this file on your Desktop or in your dock, or anywhere else you choose.
When you open the file it will open your browser to the mail archive page for
the Mac-access list, and you can enter search terms in the text box, then press
"return" to run the search. When I post links to old posts, I run a search to
find the post I want at this Mail Archive URL, then use Command-L to move to
the address bar and Command-C to copy the URL. Then I Command-Tab back to mail
and paste in the link with Command-V.

That ".url" bookmark file can be mailed as an attachment, and will also work on
Windows machines.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther
