Oops my apologies I thought I had followed up with the list on this one.

I did some work with the developers, in the form of feedback and beta testing 
on ML last year.  They were actually unaware it wouldn't work till I pointed it 
out and, I must say, reacted reasonably promptly.

With your permission I will let them know of the flicker issue.  Can you give 
more details on what you had to change?
