Andy, glad all is well, I said it's not accessible and not not compatible.

Hi Anne -
Just got it to work by choosing a different episode. It appears that the
one I wanted has been removed, I kept clicking on the date, and nothing
happened. when I used vo shift down arrow to interact with the link, it
said "empty link." So, trying a different link has shown me that the
iPlayer is indeed available and working with VO.
So, it looks like I don't need another browser to use the BBC iPlayer,
and yes, I did download and install Flash, the very first day I started
using this Mac, so again, those that say Flash and OS X aren't
compatible, perhaps haven't got the full story.
Thanks again for your help -
Andy

Hello Andy,
First of all, you need to install Flash player if you haven't done so
already.
On the BBC 5 Live page, type Victoria Derbyshire into the search box
and press Return.
When the page has loaded, use the Web rotor to find the heading with
iPlayer and the number of results.
When you locate the date you want, click the link, there are two for
each result, both of which work.
On the next page, use the item chooser to find Listen now and click it.
Cheers,
Anne

Hi Anne - I've changed the subject to reflect where we are with this
topic.
I am able to listen live to BBC stations, but can't use the listen
again feature. For example, I wanted to listen to the Victoria
Derbyshire show from last Friday, and although I could go to
www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive
instead of going strait to the BBC Iplayer. When I found the
programme, I still couldn't see how to play it. I could see that
there were four days left to listen, and a summary of who was on the
programme, and even going from there to the Item Chooser, still
couldn't find a play link or button.
Any more you can add?
Thanks -
