Hi Andy, by default, the tasks that don't have key combinations just don't
have them, but I think you can create keyboard short cuts in the keyboard
commander thing in the VoiceOver utility.

As long as you're interacting with the text, VO-a will read from where
you left off and VO-b will read from the beginning.
