Hello Chris,

To create a table in Pages:
• In the Insert menu, select Table.
• Go to the Inspector and set the number of columns to the number you require.
• Select the Wrap inspector and set the Object Placement to Floating.
• Hide the Inspector.
• Locate the table by stopping interacting with the page then interacting with
the page again, which should say "4 items". Interact with the page and navigate
to table layout item.
• Interact with the table and you'll be on column 1, row 1.
• If you're unable to type into the table, bring the mouse and do
VO-Shift-Space.
• Tab will take you to the next column and Return will take you to the next row.
• When you've finished editing your table, go to the Wrap inspector and change
it to Inline. You won't be able to read the table in the body of the document
unless you select it and go to the Format menu and to the Table submenu and
down to Convert table to text.

The Table inspector will allow you to adjust the dimensions of your table.

This is just a brief description of how to manage tables in Pages but it should
get you started.

I'm afraid I won't be able to answer questions for a few weeks as I'm going to
be away training with a new guide dog. I hope someone else will be able to help
if you have further questions.

Cheers,

Anne
