Thanks . I had worked this out fairly easily but that only relates to the console. Say I am playing a track from a particular album but then I want to play a track by a completely different artist and different album? Previous or next tracks or fast forward etc. are not appropriate here. The problem then becomes dragging the console into accord with the other files I select to try and play from the track in the files list. Hitting space now will only play the track I no longer want to listen to and will not play the new track I have selected from the file list.
