Hello Gordon, I won't discuss the installation of Windows here, but I just went through the tedious process about 1-1/2 months ago. The question I have is if you have a DVD disk of the Win operating system or need to make an ISO image. That will make the difference on which check boxes need to be checked in BootCamp. Also, if you need to use an ISO image, that needs to be downloaded to the Mac and placed on the desktop. The only point in the installation that I received a blank small window (only seen by sighted people) was at the beginning of the Windows installation. I only know this because my husband assisted me in this process. HTH.
