Hi Ian -

I haven't upgraded yet, I only got this Macbook Air a year ago, running 
Mountain Lion, and wanted to get familiar with it before having to start to 
learn more new stuff under Mavaricks. One thing I'm not sure of if I upgrade, 
is if I don't back up my data, will I automatically lose it during the upgrade -
