Well I will say that to try and be as nice as possible. But you can try
turning off spell checker under settings, general and then keyboard.

and use Cmd-Space to toggle between the two.
However, if you’re typing Spanish, the tilde dead key is Option-n so
for ñ you do Option-n followed by n. The acute dead key is Option-e. ¡
is Option-1. ¿ is Option-Shift-Slash.
