This is precisely the issue.
Clean my Mac will close the program automatically for you before removing
it.

Again this is not the issue the programme is meant to be running in the
background, just as Dropbox runs in the background. All I want is to know

I have Bit Torrant Sinc running and I want to remove it but I cannot
remove
it from the Applications folder as it is open. I recall someone telling
me
something about the equivilent to Task manager but I forget about it. I
presume I have to go in somewhere, close it and then I will be able to
remove it. Help please, thanks.
