It depends on what you want to use the 4s to do. For example, I would advise anyone with a 4s NOT to upgrade it to the latest OS that supports it, namely, IOS8. Expect the phone to be sluggish, and even freeze up on occasion. You will not be able to use many new apps, as the 5s and after have 64 bit processors and apps will be written to utilize this more powerful processor. The 4s can be used as a phone and ereader, if you want that capability. Personally, I would not get anything below a 5s, at this point. I have just replacd my 30 month old 4s with an iPhone 6 with 128 GB. The 4s has 64gb and has been filled to capacity multiple times.Definitely do not get a 4s with only 8GB!

I just thought for the money the 4s would be good I don't want just the 4 model. The thing with Apple if you want the latest and greatest it will cost every year they reliese a new model. I still useing my old 3GS witch has been a good reliable phone and still is like new. I will not be buying every time Apple bring out a new model. cheers Michael. -----Original Message----- From: Glenn Sent: Tuesday, September 23, 2014 10:06 AM To: OS X & iOS Accessibility Subject: Re: iphone question. I have a 5, and may give my 5 to my son and get a 4S. The phones keep getting bigger, and I think the 5 is too big, and the 4S is just right.
