Hello, Today we have decided to update our various iPhones and iPads.
We started with my son-in-law’s iPhone and have found that his phone isn’t responding. We have left it for over an hour and it’s at a blank screen. He started the process connected to power, starting the upgrade directly from the phone. Wondering if we should do the upgrades using our Macs? Any thoughts/suggestions. Thanks in advance. Leo Leo A.
