I got it working. I found an article on what to type to compleatly unisntall home brew so I did that entering in 1 cmd by one. Ten I reset the xcode comand line tools with xcode-select --reset afterwich I then reinstalled home brew. All appears to work, and let's hope I don't have to do this again when os next comes out in October of this year.
