I live in Nunavut and would need to take a three hour jet flight to
get to the nearest Mac store. Most new purchases are through
Macwarehouse. They stock the most used items but always seem to be
backordered on anything slightly more esoteric than a G4 tower and a
copy of Photoshop.

Could anyone recommend some mail order sources for the following and generally:

- 68 to 50 pin internal SCSI adapters
- Clamshell unbreakable CD cases

- Used Yamaha External CDRW
- Used Macintosh 5500

I've tried Ebay for both the CDRW and the 5500. The 5500s on ebay are
always US shipping only and never have any more ram than 32mb in them
and so far, I keep getting pipped at the post on the CDRWs.
Cheers and have a great summer,
Jae
