Terry at the DV Shop (dvshop.ca) helped me out with an external SCSI
adapter. Service was prompt and less expensive than a local solution
(which repeatedly fell through.)

>- Clamshell unbreakable CD cases

I bought a box of 100 thin CD cases from Futureshop.ca for $29 plus
shipping. Although they told me to expect a three week backorder from
the manufacturer, they arrived within a week. Purolator left a lot to
be desired but I've heard that Canada Post will be an option in the
near future (and is probably how they ship to Nunavut.)

Can't help you with the others - sorry. I'm looking for an el cheapo
monitor for a Quad myself and expect that the shipping would exceed
the cost :-( I'm also in a situation where shopping in person for
Mac involves an entire day commitment.
