Quite possibly, since Mars Rising was mentioned in it (I was playing with
the demo, needed to relax)

But I have had this file show up on machines that have never seen a game,
but, mind you, have Adobe apps all over them.

Is it possible that it's some sort of universal log file? Still doesn't tell
me why - all the apps we've discussed have their own registration files.

I dumped it, as I have many times before. I go the opposite way - I get rid
of any invisible file that I don't know the function of. Worst I would have
to do is reinstall, reset prefs, or reregister.
