I understand your point, but I get about three deliveries each day, and some ARE from incompetent shippers. I don't have time to clean up their messes, or deal with the complications caused by Canada Customs agents that don't understand the words "demo" or "sample." It costs more up front to use FedEx and avoid these potential hassles. I've decided it's worth it to avoid the frustration. The companies who ship me things generally agree.
