With each delivery, you received a form (on the back of the customs
form) to apply for and receive a refund from Canada Customs who are the
people assessing this value. Your trouble was incompetantly filled in
Customs declarations from people who should have stated the stuff was for
demonstation purposes and not for sale. You should have gotten back every
cent of the PST, GST, and $5 Canada Post charges.
