Not quite what you're looking for but have you considered FTP? OS X has a
wonderful FTP server built-in that can be activated in the System
Preferences: Sharing pane with "Allow FTP access".

You can then use whatever FTP client you desire on your 7200 to u/l and d/l
files to and from the OS X machine (or any other platform anywhere in the
world for that matter ;)
