It is listed as "Orinoco Classic Gold re-labeled" and costs $25 US (plus shipping of course). They seem to have a lot of them.
It was originally marketed as an Enterasys RoamAbout card, and it comes with the Enterasys drivers for Mac (as well as Windows software).
I have installed the Orinoco 7.2 driver with mine and it works fine, identifying the card as an Orinoco.
No connection to these people; just a satisfied customer.
You might be able to find an equivalent card for less on eBay if you have the time to track the auctions and you get lucky. I found that the final auction prices were at least $20 US anyway, so I took the easy solution.
