Hi Folks.
I have a power mac 6100/66 which runs OS 7.5.5. I want to upgrade to OS 8.
something.
I also have a G3 mac which runs system 8.1 but I have lost the system cd
which came with that machine.
my questions are
which version of OS 8 would be most sensible to upgrade to or should I go
all the way to OS 9.
can I download OS 8 from anywhere or can I buy it from somewhere.
is it feasible to move sytem 8.1 from one machine to the other without the
original CD
will going from OS 7 to OS 8 give me lots of software hassles
many thanks for any suggestions you may have
