I tried setting a Velocity account up but the address field in the
form defaults to USA and won't accept more than 5 characters, so
maybe its meant to be locked to USA.
The Shipping calculator does however have United Kingdom in the
pop-up menu, I've e-mailed them to see if they'll ship here. (no
response yet)
Alternitively I know someone staying in the US for 2 months working,
so could get it shipped to them and then sent on over here.
I've got to do the same for a big box of linerless double-sided
Scotch tape anyway sometime (better than the tapes available over
here, no backing tape to peel off. For those paper engineering
moments).

I think most of mine are FPM, the 128MB ones from MemoryX were FPM
according to the website. 4k refresh (so 2K refresh per 64MB bank).
Shipping was 18 dollars (as RAM weighs almost nothing) via Airmail
Express, 10 pound brokerage fee plus 17.5% VAT applied on the way
through Customs.
