Paul,
A good place to start for software would be:
http://w3.trib.com/~dwood/oldmac.shtml#soft
it has links to lots of sites with older software, if you get stuck
for system disks then drop me a line off list and I will see what I
can sort out from my vintage/junk box.
Also if you do not have an internet connection on one of your Macs it
may be worth installing Basilisk on a PC (a Mac emulator) as you can
then download S/W and create disks for your Macs.
