Try searching with 'mac newbie' - once you have Systems installed though you
find a lot out by playing.

Well .bin is binhexed and expander should unencode those.
I thought Apple used disk images a lot .smi for this and you need Disk Copy
to mount them as virtual floppies - and you can drag the contents of each
virtual floppy onto a real one.
I have a few copies of the 7.1 floppy OS install if you are interested or
7.6/8 on a CD
