Any suggestions? > > Thanks > Russell Have you tried cleaning the contact area in the printer. obviously with a new cartridge the contacts on the cartridge are clean but there may be dirt, grease or ink inside. I don't have experience with the stylewriter but had this happen with a HP Deskwriter once. Good luck John
