Hi I tried Nick's idea of blasting through loads of ink but could still get none through despite printing many pages. The manual's tip for unclogging nozzles was also no help.

(Yes, I don't know much about how printers work.) What should a clean it with? This is an old and, I guess, well-used printer. Could use have worn away the contacts so they don't touch properly?
