Hi, I've been using Microsoft Office 2001 since... 2001! and one thing that's annoyed me is the Entourage element. When you put people's phone numbers in the address book, it uses the American style of recording them, e.g.
(020) 7- 986 18655, instead of: (0207) 986 1855 as it should be. Is there any way to make it accept the UK code? It's a minor niggle, but a niggle nonetheless. Also, for some odd reason, everything I do in Word saves documents in Word98.doc format. The same applies with Excel documents. It used to save as Word2001.doc but one day I happened to open an old word.98 document from the internet, and now my option to save anything in 2001 format has vanished. The same thing happened on my other mac, but I managed to sort that out by trashing the relevant preferences (I use OS9), but it hasn't worked with the iBook I'm using now.
