icWord is great. All you have to do (given that the icon's on your desktop)
is to drag your Word file over the icWord icon and bingo! You can read,
print & copy from it.

I would have thought that AppleWorks 6 operates by dragging your Word file
into an opened AppleWorks document - like you do with an .rtf
