Is anyone else getting interrupted Norton Disk Doctor scans (v6.0.3, OS
9.2.2) because of "insufficient memory to complete the task"? I've upped the memory
allocation but it still complains.
Seems strange. I have OS 9.2.2 + disk Doctor 6.0.3, 192Mb (+193 VM), and everything seems OK without having to increase the memory for DD - still set as 2621K minimum, 3645K preferred. It may be to do with other minor errors that stop the background scan working. How about running it explicitly (rather than the auto-scan), with nothing else running, and letting it fix any errors found (I have been using DOS and Mac Disk Doctor for years, and it is very rare that you have a better chance of fixing things than it does).
