I've been using Pipex for 2 years now, and have had very few complaints. It has worked with my USB Alcatel Speedtouch Modem on both OS9 macs and OS X. Its cheap and not mass market advertised so their bandwidth isn't oversubscribed, I can maintain full bandwidth upload and download simultaneously 24 hrs a day.
