How about a 6320 motherboard may be able to get hold of one will it be a worthwhile upgrade?
A 5400/6400 l/b won't work, due to absence of 3.3v line on PSU.
A 5500/6500 l/b should be fine, but PCI cards that need 3.3v will be problematic. Those boards generate 3.3v on-board, with a limited current.
