Hasn't there been a significant drop in price too, for the 15" powerbook at least?

They now have Airport Extreme built in, rather than an option, and looking at the older info on MicroAnvika's site, the middle-range 15" used to cost 1350 ex VAT, 1587 inc VAT, but the Apple Store shows the 15" at 1399 including VAT.

You're right - standard versions of the 15" are down from 1599 to 1399, and from 1999 to 1749, which are huge price drops. The more expensive one included Airport Extreme already, but as you say the lower-spec'ed 15" didn't include it before but does now, so that's a real saving of about 270 (if you want Airport Extreme, of course).

Ah - there are some funny things going on with build-to-order prices on the Apple Store website. If you specify a Superdrive for the 14" iBook you're told it's an extra 40, but the actual total added to your bill is 119 or thereabouts. If you remove the Superdrive from the 15" PB you're advised that this is a saving of 140, and indeed the actual price drops by that amount.
