IMHO there are always places that 'would use Apple, but it's too expensive' and don't realize that Macs are more affordable these days. Some management can be a bit short sighted and take the 'once bitten, twice shy approach' so if the tried to go Apple a few years ago and couldn't afford it they don't think it's any different now. If it makes 500 businesses look again at the options and buy 20 machines each, that's a good few Macs shifted.
Highlights:
Ease of use, compatibility with Windows, availability of software, reliability
and most importantly security, lack of viruses and the fact that cheap models
are available.
