What are you building?
I was building PHP when I got that error but I just ignored and went off in search of a package installer, found one, and thought nothing more of it. But I thought I might give C another go since, from what little I did before, it seems a lot like PHP, which I am getting more comfortable with so I thought i'd try again. However, I'm not going to get very far if GCC can't do its bit.
