Had good experience with Virgin personally. They have decent Mac support even if you tell them you are not using their Thompson Modem package...and were knowledgeable about the OS and issues with third party routers (the support options are expensive though). They are finally going to bring in the ability to deal with the virgin.net mail online through a web browser at the end of the month (was told around the 28th).
