Er... a Mac Midi 3.5 larger capacity and faster HD easy access to ram (more slots). AGP slot instead of fixed card allows upgrade. support for dual displays. Probably would kill sales of Pro Macs But would be nicer than a great big G5 tower. Just about everything can plug in now so less need for most of us to have multiple slots and HDs.
Having said the above I would prefer a 15inch Powerbook with an extra display and keyboard for serious work. Much better than a Mini. Why be trapped to a desk? Seriously a friend has one and its another realm to be able to be in different places in the home as well as outside trips etc. regards Brian > What would your choice of mini mac upgrade be? -- Mac UK is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Mac UK list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/mac-uk.shtml> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[email protected]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-uk%40mail.maclaunch.com/> iPod Accessories for Less at 1-800-iPOD.COM Fast Delivery, Low Price, Good Deal www.1800ipod.com
