Four questions: 1) How can I get it to spit it out?
I had an iMac that wouldn't spit the CD out. It turned out that the fron tcasing had moved slightly and was obscuring the slot. Only a little but enough.
I poped the case off and it came out first try. I then reseated the casing properly and it was fine after that.
