Hi Joe, They will both be the larger ones (6 pin) assuming they were included with the Macs from Apple and not a third party card. The 4 pin is only used on PC's AFAIK and is a small mostly rectangular shape whereas the 6 pin has a six sided elongated rectangular USB size connector (the four pin is only half as big as a USB connector).
