Greetings Brian,

I use both LM and FMX and personally I like LM I find it little difference
to FMX the action scripting that you can use in one works in the other, and
LM allows apple script as well and converts into the action script or
something very close that swf can't tell the difference.

I do not find it hard to build applications in either program, yes there are
different commands to know, and different ways to go about it all, but in
the end I have found there is really no difference in time, for what I have
had to create. The layout for my site's portfolio section
(http://www.nyxstium.ca/portfolio/) was created in LM the flash projects was
created in FMX, but all in all the entire thing was created in LM, and it
took the same amount of time to create as it did for me to recreate from
scratch at school in FMX (school didn't have LM only FMX).

I think personally that unless you really need to get the studio MX, as in
you need to use Freehand, Fireworks, Dreamweaver then its not really worth
it. Maybe just getting FMX, but if you are using adobe stuff to create and
have had little trouble then adding something to the mix that may or may not
work for you, does not make much sense, but then again that's my point of
view.

Which ever way you go, good luck with it.
