If you don't mind Classic, I like Claris Home Page.
Adobe PageMill 3 is pretty straightforward and does lots of great stuff, and
I often see it on the LEM Swap List or eBay for under $5. There's also
a friendly email group for support. We have GoLive here too, but I prefer
PageMill for a lot of the work I do.
