I have an old 1.1.2 source code here as a backup. I remember I have an old X11 / XFree somewhere too, and > even a Jaguar installed with SRX645 + SRC680 sources :) You can still download source tarballs for Xfree86 4.3.0 and 4.4.0 - those were the baseline for early Apple X11 and afaik still are. Apple has yet to make the switch to X.org and it isn't that long that X.org 7.x runs under Mac OS X.
