Yes it would mean too much delay. We need to start getting more builds out there as major features are integrated. There is already a problem in that some users think that the port has stalled again. Having a really old build there, just annoys users.

The current aim is to have most of the milestone builds mentioned on the download page. Only if there is something significant in the build (such as DEV300_m2) do we push out the news to the media blogs etc.

Most likely the next major push for publicity, will be when the beta is released.
