MacFUSE is a library, a framework. I does nothing for the end user 
except providing support for other programs.
What you are looking for is NTFS-3G, which utilizes MacFUSE for the Mac 
version.
Browse to http://macntfs-3g.blogspot.com for the latest release of my 
Mac package for NTFS-3G.
