Some information that might be helpful: 1. OS Version: Tiger or Leopard? 2. Install method: Are you downloading the fresh MacFUSE-2.0.dmg or using autoinstaller? 3. Did you have a previous version of MacFUSE installed? 4. If you haven't rebooted (or if a subsequent install attempt fails), can you post the contents of: /tmp/.macfuse-install-log 5. Is there anything interesting in /var/log/install.log? 6. After gathering the above data, does the install work if you first uninstall whatever previous version of MacFUSE you had on the system?
