I learned about MacFUSE recently from a fellow denizen of the internet. I installed it on my machine recently in the hopes of finally getting my 300gb external HDD to work correctly. The machine in question is a PowerMac G4 MDD running Mac OS X 10.5.6 (Leopard). The External HDD in Question is a Seagate Freeagent Drive (purchased a few years ago). I have attempted to disconnect and reconnect several times (and in different fashions) in order to get 3g to read my drive, but it seems that was in vain as the "ntfs-3G" program is still not coming up under the activity monitor.
