I can be rude if you want, but I really don't want to get into an
internet pissing match; they're pointless and help no one. It
certainly won't help you solve your problem. But, if you insist...

(a) it's not my product; it's actually an open-source project
(b) based on what you've provided, I don't see how anyone except maybe
your IRC contact could help you; there's simply not enough information
(c) since the problem that you're having is with NTFS-3G, have you
sought out support from that community?

If the information is vital, then I would think you'd best be served
by investigating the COMMERCIAL support options available from
http://www.ntfs-3g.org. See http://www.ntfs-3g.org/commercial.html

Since it sounds like you're trying to run it on OS X, I'll presume
that you're using something from http://macntfs-3g.blogspot.com/

Interestingly, there is text on that blogspot page that says the following:

"Information on how to install and use NTFS-3G for Mac OS X can be
found in the User Guide.
If you are having problems with NTFS-3G, write a post about it in the
NTFS-3G Forum (or post a question as a blog comment if you're just
unsure of how things work)."

Have you tried gaining support from ANY of the places I found via
simple google searches?

Quite to the contrary, it seems you are wasting your time by not doing
simple searching on your own.

I wish you luck in solving your connectivity issue and hope you can
access your vital data soon.
